Our transformational journey begin with giving my life to Christ  in 1989. I knew I needed what he was offering which was a transformed life. It is important as we embrace this life journey that we tend to all aspects of our life to  include the spiritual, physical and the social. Our company Transformation Health & Wellness was birthed to address our daily health & wellness needs. As a Christian it's sometimes easy to tend to your spiritual wellness and leave the physical unattended. With that being said I woke up one day and I realized I could not tie my shoes or walk for long periods of time without huffing and puffing from being out of breath. I realized I needed to take control  of my own health needs one step at a time. 

 

We exists to help people like us take control of their health by providing you with natural remedies and supplements that you can enhance your daily regiments while constructing a health plan based on your personal goals and desires. Once I realized that power was in my choices and there was no magic pill that could be described to me, I knew that I needed to get up and make something happen for myself. After weighing almost 350 lbs and headed to being Pre- Diabetic and dealing with foot aches and pains, I knew I needed to loose weight by any means necessary.  Covid 19- thrusted me into my journey to get up and do something.

 

I have lost over 115lbs through my transformation process. This journey included a mindset change, an integration clean and healthy diet, and the integration of many of our products.  I have supported several of clients along the way in their journey and they have found great success.
